Is my order on its way to me?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way, including the expected delivery date, so rest assured soon you will be rocking your new gear! Once fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a FEDEX or DHL tracking, so you can track it right to your door.

There will be a tracking link on the email. Simply click on your tracking link to view the up-to-date tracking. Make sure to check the date on your email before contacting us about your order.

I have received a faulty item

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.

If you discover a fault, please contact us and we’ll sort it out as quickly as we can. We'll arrange to either send over a replacement where possible, a different item of your choice or a refund.

 

Returns

We want you to purchase comfortably! If you change your mind about an item, we would be happy to issue you a store credit or refund within 10 days of the initial purchase, provided that all tags are attached and item has been unworn. If you don't live in LA, please feel free to contact us in regards to shipping back returns. 

Please note, this excludes swimwear (for hygienic reasons) and discounted items where all sales are final. 

 

How do I return something to you?

Didn't work out, eh?... That's cool, we want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything. You can return any item to us within 10 days of receiving your original order, excluding sale items.

You can make your own arrangements through any other carrier (there may be a charge for this). The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so remember to ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing.

If you want a different size, color, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order with us and we'll get it straight over to you.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5-10 working days, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

We try hard to accept all returns and returns to us don’t need to be sent back in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, so let's work together to avoid this.

 

Have you received my returned items?

Don’t worry as soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know. If you think it's taken longer than expected, feel free to contact us and also try contacting your carrier. 

 

My payment has been declined...

This happens to all of us. Woops. Let's check the card details on your account to make sure the information saved is correct, for example the billing address, or the security code on the back of your card.

All good?...

Your card issuer may have declined your payment, how dare they! – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.

If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another card or contact us to see how else we can sort out payment.
