Is my order on its way to me?
You’ll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way, including the expected delivery date, so rest assured soon you will be rocking your new gear! Once fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a FEDEX or DHL tracking, so you can track it right to your door.
There will be a tracking link on the email. Simply click on your tracking link to view the up-to-date tracking. Make sure to check the date on your email before contacting us about your order.

I have received a faulty item
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.
If you discover a fault, please contact us and we’ll sort it out as quickly as we can. We'll arrange to either send over a replacement where possible, a different item of your choice or a refund.
You can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order. All sale items, swimwear, lingerie, and non apparel items are final sale.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
RETURNS ON A GIFT CARD
Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.
SHIPPING & POSTAGE FOR RETURNS
No postage is required for your return. However, a $9 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for domestic shipments. A $29 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for international shipments. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a shipping label.
To exchange your item(s) you will need to place a new order with us and we'll get it straight over to you.
TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME ITEM IN A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for reshipment of the item to you. You can email us at email@example.com to receive your return label.
TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM
If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.
If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.
If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will return to you.
My payment has been declined...
This happens to all of us. Woops. Let's check the card details on your account to make sure the information saved is correct, for example the billing address, or the security code on the back of your card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment, how dare they! – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.
If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another card or contact us to see how else we can sort out payment.
